Cynthia (Cindy) A. Burns, born on February 4th, 1948 in Allentown, PA, passed away on December 3rd, 2012.
She is survived by a sister, Robin Philips and brother-in-law, John Philips of Tampa and a nephew, Christopher and his wife Dawn and two children, Avery and Peyton.
Cindy attended Moravian School for Girls in Bethlehem, PA, and graduated from North Miami High School. She also attended Miami Dade Community College. Cindy's entire career was spent with Continental Airlines.
The family would like to thank the staff of Aventura Hospital and Vitas Hospice for their caring touch. Special thanks also to Andrzej (Andy) Fydrych and Judith Denowitz for their constant concern and vigil.
The family will celebrate Cindy's life at a reception from 3pm to 5pm on Wednesday Dec. 12th at Miami Shores Country Club.
