Cynthia A. Horstmeyer, 67, of Fort Wayne, died November, 12, at Englewood Health and Rehab, Fort Wayne. Born in Auburn, she was the daughter of the late Robert W. and Diana May Horstmeyer. A member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, she was a past president of the Fort Wayne, and State Chapters, as well as a winner of the Woman of the Year Award, and worked as a scheduler in the Lutheran business office. She is survived by her brother; Tim (Gloria) Horstmeyer, Nieces; Taryn (Chad) Shreeve, and Gwen (Shayne) Roberts, grand-niece; Katy Roberts, and grand-nephews; Mitchell and Jacob Shreeve, all of Fort Wayne. Memorial service will be held at 7PM Wednesday, November14, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Inurnment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be made to Autistic Research, or Cancer Research Center for Multiple Myeloma, at IU Med Center.
