65, passed away on July 3, 2011 at his home in Phoenix, AZ. Affectionately known as "Butch" he is survived by his wife Joyce; daughters Dedra (Timothy) Wadsworth and Denise Simpson; grandchildren Rebecca, Daniel, David and DeAnn; great grandchildren Dyllan and Lotus; nieces, nephews and in-laws other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursday, July 7, 2011 in the Chapel at East Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042. Funeral Services will be held 10:00am, Friday, July 8, 2011 also at East Resthaven Park Mortuary.
