Dean P. Aucoin, 66, of Manchester, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Dean was born in Gardiner, Maine and lived most of his life in Portland, Maine moving to Manchester 33 years ago. Dean was a teacher with the Woodbridge Township School System for many years before retiring in 1999. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a masters degree. Dean is a member of St. John Roman Catholic Church, Lakehurst.
Surviving is his wife of 42 years, Suzanne; three children, Nicole Aucoin and her partner Kimberly Hayes, Sharon Jessie, and Sean Aucoin and his wife Jessica; three grandchildren, Ashley, Isiah, and Juliana; a brother, Stephen Aucion; and two sisters, Nancy Granberg and Gayle Hicock.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21 at the Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. His funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22 at St. John's R.C. Church, Lakehurst. A private cremation will follow.
