Age 59, of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1953 in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Rigo. Debie was employed at Hammacher-Schlemmer. She enjoyed doing crafts and reading. Debie is survived by her husband, Franklin S. Adkins of Hamilton; son, Shawn Murphy of St. Petersburg, Florida; sister, Virginia Rigo of St. Petersburg, Florida; and two brothers, Frank Rigo of St. Petersburg, Florida and Thomas Rigo of California. Funeral Service will be held at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Avenue on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jeremiah Strong officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service.
