Back, Deborah Siegal, age 88, of Mountain Brook, died February 2, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hyman Back. She is survived by her sons, David Back and Steve Back (Bonnie); daughter, Iris Back; and grandsons, Jeffrey and Daniel Back. Years ago, she was active in Knesseth-Israel Sisterhood. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, gardening and cooking, and was especially known for her Hummingbird Cake. Graveside services will be private for the family.
