Dennis is an inspiration for all seeking comfort in Christ. Yes, we will miss him, but we celebrate his glorious restoration with Christ.
Revelation 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Oh! What a glorious moment that must have been!

We're sure going to miss your smile at Liberty, Dennis. But we know that we will see you again one day soon. I can't even imagine the joy you must be experiencing right now, resting in the arms of your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May He keep you in His care, until we meet again, my friend.

Dennis was an inspiration to me. He loved the Lord with all his heart. I didn't know him outside of church but he was a friend. He is walking golden streets with a perfect body now. We pray for comfort and peace for his family.

Dennis has been such an inspiration to me through His faithful attendance at Liberty. You could just see His love of our Lord when around Dennis. I will miss him greatly and look forward to seeing Him again at the marriage supper of the lamb.

I did not personally know Dennis but his faithfulness in attendance at our church spoke volumns about his love for His Lord and Savior. His witness of love was felt by everyone who was around him and the Spirit of God shone brightly through his countenance. May he enjoy the blessing of paradise with His Lord and Savior. His presence will be greatly missed at Libery Baptist.

Dennis will always be a special example to so many of us who knew him. One of the earlier times we remember was the Sunday he was water baptized in the sanctuary. The presence of the Lord was there watching His servant Dennis be immersed. Now he is leaping and laughing and praising Jesus. He was an outstanding Christian and someone we will always remember.

Dennis generated the love of Christ in his faithfulness of church attendance. I marveled with his condition, his love for the Lord was steadfast I'll see him again and he'll shake my hand in Heaven. God bless you Dennis, Judy Emery

We will all miss Dennis. His love for the Lord was inspirational to many and a light to the world. Although his words were few, he spoke volumes. I pray his family will know how much he was loved and will be missed.

For over 10 years, Dennis was such an inspiration to us by his faithful attendance to every service he was able to attend at Liberty Baptist Church. He would come in with a big smile, his Bible and his offering. When we attempted to "help" him, he would often ask us to read a certain scripture from his Bible. As he began to need more assistance, he would tell his transportation people he "had" to be on time for Sunday School and was upset if they came early to pick him up..he wanted to be there and to serve his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We would joke that I couldn't understand him, but since my name was difficult to pronounce, he would indicate that it was alright that I couldn't understand him, he couldn't say my name either, of course he couldn't say much at all! God gave him an intelligent mind and wonderful personality that was a blessing to all of us who knew him. He leaves a big vacancy in our congregation, but what blessed assurance that we who also know Jesus as our personal savior will see him again. We feel so honored to have known Dennis.

I got to know Dennis at church. What a sweet and intelligent man he was, and he seemed to have a good sense of humor.
