Doris M. (Saddler) Bagal, 92, passed away January 15, 2012 in Marysville, WA. She was born to William and Florence (Avery) Laxton June 27, 1919 in Chicago, IL. Doris worked as a bookkeeper for Fireman's Fund Insurance, retiring in 1981. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, plastic canvas, flower gardening and interior decorating. Doris was a strong, loyal, caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Preceding her in death was her husband, Adam Bagal; siblings, George Laxton, Edward Laxton, Gladys Bielawski, Lillian Dolark, Hazel Copolli, Betty Calvin, Donna Villanueva and grandson William A Saddler. Doris is survived by her son Ray E. (Virginia) Saddler Jr. of Granite Falls, WA, sister Teri Lockhart of Las Vegas NV, 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held Friday January 20, 2012, 12:00-5:00 p.m. as well as before the funeral service which is Saturday, January 21, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Weller Funeral Home, 327 N. MacLeod Ave., Arlington, WA. A 3:00 p.m. family graveside service will follow the funeral service at Arlington Municipal Cemetery.
