Doris Anita Baker, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at home surrounded by her family. She was 72. Doris is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Lori Carmichael.
Doris is survived by her husband Allen L. Baker of Auberry; children, Brenda Morris of Clovis, Edward and Mike Carmichael both of Bakersfield and Ricky Baker of Auberry; a brother Don Miner of New Mexico; grandchildren, Jason De La Cruz, Richard Carmichael, Shannon Badowski, Raymond Carmichael, Theresa Carmichael, Krista Carmichael, Amber Morris and Ricky Carmichael, Jr. and five great grandchildren.
Doris was very passionate about sewing and cooking for her family.
Funeral services will be held at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 2:30 p.m.
Remembrances may be made to the Sierra Lutheran Church, 32410 Rock Hill Lane, Auberry, CA 93602.
