Deepest Sympathy in the passing of your mother. I met Ms. Batts many years ago when she was going to school to become a nurse and I was going to school to become a teacher. I was nineteen at the time and she always gave me words of encouragement. I was alway impressed by her determination and work ethics. She was a wonderful role model. I will never forget her.

Doris, my dearest and closest friend, my deepest sympathy to you and all your family. I've known Dorothy just as long as I've known you, which is over 30 years, and I was truly saddened to hear about her passing. But memories are a blessing and I will always have those as well as her kind words and gestures. My fondest ones are her laugh and the way she pronounced my first name. (smile). Love you, "Big Sister" and can't wait to give you a big hug. -Renee
