A most sincere condolences for your loss. I remember him mostly from the Schievelbein Reunions. He was always playing cards with Pete, Clarence, and Wilford if I remember correctly. I would also like to thank him for his Service to this country.

Not so sure exactly how we come in together; my dad is Arthur Schievelbein, twin brother to Hugo Schievelbein of Seguin. They were born Sept. 16, 1924 and I am almost certain they may be cousins to Edward. I see some resemblences in the photos, especially the eyes. It is always sad to hear of our "great ones" departing, especially our war veterans. My sympathy goes out to those of you who mourn. May God Bless,
Vernell Schievelbein
