GARNETT, ELAINE (NEE WITHERS) - After a long battle, with her family by her side, Elaine passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Beloved wife of Carl. Loving mother of Amanda (Jeff Whatley) and Colin. Dear future grandmother of Claire Elaine. Also survived by her sister Cathy Hardy.
