Ernand W.C. Arrias passed away on December 4, 2012. Loving father, grandfather, brother, family member and friend. He was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, December14, 2012 from 5-9pm. Burial will take place in his hometown of Nickerie, Suriname.
