Eunice B. Baccigalopi, 93, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 in her residence.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters, Ladies Alter Society, and the Creole Home Demonstrations group.
She is survived by a husband, Paul Enos Baccigalopi; sister, Cecile Savoie and husband, Jimmy of Lake Charles as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Mary Bonsall; siblings, Wilmer Theriot, Olive Thibodeaux, Virgie Theriot, "Peck" Felter and Wilfred Bonsall. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Eunice's caregivers, Trudy, Robert and Brooklyn Broussard and special friend, Betty Labove.
Her funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Creole under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Father Tim Goodly will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin today at 10:30 a.m. at the church and continue until the start of service.
