With profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mamma Evelina Berardi Di Cristofaro. Surrounded by her family, the joy and centre of our home. Reunited with her beloved husband of 62 years, Faustino (predeceased 2009) on Thursday. November 15, 2012 at the Toronto General Hospital. Devoted and inspiring mamma to Eusilia and Gennarina. Adoring nonni to Marco (Karen), Gianni and Stefania. Beaming great nonni to little Evelyn Sofia, her "Bella. She is reunited with her parents, brother and sisters. May all of your family welcome you with open arms into the paradise you so richly deserve. We miss you, mamma and babbo, but we will be strong and continue to honour your memory everyday of our lives. Friends will be received at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (one block east of Dufferin) on Monday from 5-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clare's Roman Catholic Church, 1118 St. Clair Ave. W. on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 11:30am. Entombment at Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
