Evelyn Bauza 42, of Stroudsburg, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning February 6, 2013 at her residence.
Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on November 11, 1970, she was a daughter to late Ramon Stuart who passed away in 2008 and Francisca (Morales) Stuart of Utuado, Puerto Rico. Evelyn graduated from Walton high school in Bronx, New York and was employed as a Delivery Manager for the Manhattan Beer Distributors. Evelyn volunteered at a food bank in Pen Argyl on Tuesdays where she assisted in delivering food to the needy.
Evelyn loved to cook. She enjoyed traveling to Disney World and enjoyed collecting Disney figurines and crystals. She was an avid Salt Water Reef Aquarium keeper. Evelyn was also a photographer. Above all else, her greatest joy were her children and granddaughter.
Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband Daniel Bauza of Stroudsburg; son, Michael Bauza of New York City, NY; daughters, Jennifer Wilson and her husband Jonathon of Stroudsburg, Jessica Bauza of Stroudsburg, Anastasia Jones of Stroudsburg, Cassandra Bauza of Stroudsburg, Danielle Bauza of Stroudsburg; her mother-in-law Lucille Bauza of Stroudsburg; brothers, Noel, Juan and Moises; and sisters, Blanca and Maritza; grandchildren, Madison Wilson and Kiara Bauza; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday February 9, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg with Rev Dr. Sherrie L. Sneed officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday February 9, 2013 at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. and from 6:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
