Flora Altman, 88, of Encino, California passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in Hollywood, California, following a lengthy illness. Flora was born July 27, 1924 in Konus, Czechoslovakia and had been a resident of Encino for 55 years.
Mrs. Altman enjoyed cooking and baking, but her greatest passion was spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her loving sons Elliott and wife Susan Altman, Herb and wife Elaine Altman, Ronnie Altman; grandchildren Adam, Julie, Jeff, Rich and Robyn.
Funeral Services will take place Sunday, January 20, 2013, 11:00 AM, at the Groman Eden Mortuary Chapel, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, California. Burial will follow at Eden Memorial Park, also at 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, California.
