Fortunato L. Perez

Fortunato peacefully passed in the presence of his family at Bridgepoint Health, where he was a resident since 2003. Predeceased by his parents, Simplicio and Teodosia (née Lozada), and his sisters Natividad, Rosalina, and Florentina. Survived by his wife, Teresita (née Natividad), and his sisters Adelaida (Greg Payte), Laura (Allan Selman), and Carmencita. Father of Joselito (Linh), José Mari, and Jose Gilbert. The family thanks the staff at Bridgepoint Health for their incredible caring support over the years. Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes- St. Clair Chapel, 1141 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, (1 block east of Dufferin St.) on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11 am. Cremation to follow the service, with internment at Prospect Cemetery and Mausoleum, Toronto.
