Frank Napoli Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 16, 2012.

Frank Napoli, 65, a 37-year resident of the Las Vegas area, passed away on April 15, 2012 at St. Rose Dominican-Siena Hospital after a courageous battle against cancer.

He was born on November 14, 1946 to Louis and Josephine in Brooklyn, New York; then the family moved to Long Island where he grew up with his brother, Richard, in Lindenhurst. Frank entered the Air Force on May 6, 1966. His call to duty was working as a jet engine mechanic and flight-line airman. He was stationed at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. He served in the Vietnam War and was also stationed in Taiwan where his love for motorcycles began as that was his only mode of transportation. He received an honorable discharge on May 5, 1972.

In September 1991 he received his real estate license. He started with only 65 cents in his pocket as he headed out to sell. He excelled in real estate and received numerous awards throughout the past 21 years as a top real estate agent with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS. He is recognized throughout the Las Vegas real estate industry as a legend. His love for marketing, sales and people made this an enjoyable business opportunity…he never considered it as a job.

Frank loved his family, friends, business, good food, boating, golfing, entertaining, fishing and traveling. Frank is preceded in death by his father, Louis; brother, Richard; and father-in-law, Melvin Bingham. He is survived by his mother, Josephine; his wife, Lori; son, Frankie; daughter, Stephanie; grandchildren, Carli and London; his mother-in-law; two brother-in-laws and two sister-in-laws; plus many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

I lived next door to Frank in Lindenhurst. He was a great guy. He generously taught me how to drive, and I have fond memories of him patiently yelling, "Don't choke the power steering." I'm very sorry for your loss.

I have known Frankie for over 45 years. I would like to give my condolences to his family especially his beautiful mom. Frankie was always so proud of his mother. I spoke to him over the phone about a year and a half ago and even with all of his success it was still the same genuine and humble Frankie! He may be gone but he will never be forgotten! Love, Nina Lombardo (from Lindenhurst now living in Phoenix, AZ)

As many Las Vegans, we have fond memories of Frank's commercials on T.V. Mr. Harden worked for Frank back in the 1970's when he had his water conditioning business. We have appreciated his business ethics and desire to contribute to the community. We also appreciated the years he sponsored the "Music and the Spoken Word" broadcast. Our deepest sympathies to the entire Napoli family. God Bless.. The Richard Hardens

Frank! I'll never forget that day we all gathered around your TV to watch the Tyson fight. I was young and don't remember the details, but I still remember you were frustrated about something, and I can only imagine it was because the fight was so short :). It's a fond memory for me; there was a lot of love in your home. You will be missed!

To my "other family" in Vegas, to me, Vegas will never be the same without my "other brother" Frank. How I will miss his cheerful voice every morning, and all our interesting conversations! I always called him "the King of Vegas" and Frank would laugh. I loved him dearly and will miss him very much. I am sure Frank is with his brother Richie and my brother Frankie. When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. God bless all of you always. With all my love, Anna Biondo.
