Funeral services were held Tuesday Sept. 18, 2012 at 11am in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home for Mr. George Norris Anderson age 83 who passed away Sept 16, 2012 in Hattiesburg, Ms. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Foxworth First Bap. Church. Rev. Everett Broom, Rev. Glen Nace and Rev. Steve Ellis officiated at the service. Interment was in the Foxworth Cemetery. Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his parents Robert L. & Phebbie Williams Anderson, 2 sisters, Verna Rae Rowley, Roberta Bracey, 5 brothers, C.A., Leslie, Lloyd, Arnold, and Andy Anderson. He is survived by his wife Ann Crawley Anderson of Foxworth, mother in law Mrs. Corine Crawley of Foxworth, a daughter Lucretia Smith(William) of Sandy Hook, 1 son Michael Anderson(Twylia) of Foxworth, 4 grandchildren Josh Smith, Jessica McDaniel, Brittany Anderson Kody Anderson and 5 great grandchildren and many other friends and family.
