Grace was born in Buford, Arkansas, to parents Ruben and Mary Jane (Cunningham) Covington.
She worked as a cook in Barry's Lunch restaurant for many years.
Grace is survived by her son Donald Morris. She is predeceased by her husband Lyman Ashley; brothers Ted G. Covington, Arvel R. Covington, Earl A. Covington, Eugene L. Covington; sistersMatilda F. McBride, Ethel M. Brewer, and Eula Schmidt.
A Funeral Service in Skyline Funeral Home Chapel will take place on Monday, September 13, 2010, at 2:00 PM.
