APPLE, Garry Dale, age 60, passed away suddenly Friday evening. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Leola Long Apple and his brother, Jeff. Survived by his loving wife, Trish Bills Apple; daughters, Gail (Steve) Massey and Sandy (Scott) Altizer; brothers, Larry (Donna) and Rick Apple; 4 granddaughters. Dale was a member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ and a retired supervisor with Ford Motor Glass Division. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 in the Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Shannon officiating. Interment will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg, TN at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
