Genevieve K. (Bucko) Siembab, 92 of Market Street died December 8, 2012. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Siembab.
Born in Warren she was a daughter of the late Michala and Katryzyna (Lompara) Bucko and was a life- long resident of Warren. She was a dedicated sponsor and volunteer of RI Special Olympics, a member of St. Joseph Society, communicant of the former St. Casmir Church, and a member of DAV Auxiliary. Genevieve enjoyed her children and grandchildren, gardening, Polish cooking and crafts.
She leaves five sons, Joseph, Jr., of Ft. Wayne, IN, Stephen and Thomas of Warren, Frederick of Tamarac, FL and Francis of Barrington, one brother Joseph Bucko of Hyannis, MA, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Robert Siembab and sister of the late Theodore Bucko, Josephine Palmer, Estelle Oliver and Sophie Michalowski.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 am in the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren followed by a service in the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visitation Monday from 3-7PM.
