George W. Bryson, Jr. a resident of Greensboro died Tuesday July 16, 2013 at home. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 20th at Guilford Memorial Park conducted by the Reverend Karen C. Gobel.
George was born July 25, 1920. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a master horseman and was the former owner of Sedgefield Stables.
His surviving family is his daughter, Ivah Adele Dixon and grandson, Richard Bass and his wife Teresa Bass; great grandchildren, Keyonna, Hailey and Ricky; his brother, Charles Bryson and his two sons, David and Stephen; two sister-in-laws, Nell Bryson and her children, J'Nell and Rusty and Lake Bryson and her daughter, Malissa.
Mr. Bryson will remain at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel for friends to sign his guest register.
