Gerald D. Laza 55 of Bloomington passed away December 29, 2012. He was born June 28, 1957 in Chateauroux, France to George and Johnanna Laza. Gerald is retired from Invista. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Debra of Bloomington; son, Jason Laza of Bloomington; daughter Roxanne Laza of Seattle; his mother, Johanna Laza of Bloomington and his sister, Vera Sievers and husband Donald of Goliad and numerous nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on January 3, 2013 at the Rosewood Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Nick Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at the Crescent Valley Cemetery with full military honors under the auspice of the Victoria Veterans Council.
