Mrs. Giannoula Vasilakos, longtime resident of Stamford fell asleep with the Lord on Sunday December 30th at the age of 90, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her daughters Elaine Van Allen & Debbie Nanos and their families. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and will be greatly missed.Family and friends may call the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford on Wednesday January 2 from 5-8 PM. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday January 3 at the Church of Annunciation 1230 Newfield Avenue, Stamford at 10 AM. Burial will be followed at Woodland Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis foundation and Church of Annunciation.
