Gladys Mary Amonica (Schnabel), 83 of Westwood, NJ, passed away on November 1, 2012, at Emerson Health Care Center. Gladys was born in Hackensack, NJ, but lived most of her life in Emerson. Gladys used to drive for Rinaldi Bus Company in Hillsdale, NJ. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Nathan Amonica; her siblings, Bill, Otto, Joe, Eddie, Harry, Mary, Clementine, and she is survived by her children, Vincent and his wife Margaret, Steven and his wife Monica, William and his wife Deborah and April Catuogno and her husband Marc; sister, Alice; her grandchildren, David, Michael, Terence, Mary, Jonathan, Matthew, Marcus and Julius, as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday 2-6pm at the Becker Funeral Home. Family and friends may gather for the interment of Gladys's cremated remains on Monday 10:30am at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Valley Hospice, 15 Essex Rd., Paramus, NJ 07652 in her memory.
