Gonzalo Jimenez Amezquita 82 of Odessa, passed away Sunday July 24, 2011 at Medical Center Hospital.He was born January, 10, 1929 in Almagre, Ojinaga Chihuahua Mexico to Felipe and Anselma Jimenez Amezquita. He retired as a sandblaster in the construction Industry. He is preceded in death by Parents: Felipe and Anselma Jimenez Amezquita, Daughter: Maria Onate, Two Brothers: Francisco and Leopoldo Jimenez. He is survived by Wife: Florentina R. Amezquita of Odessa, Eight Sons: Jesus Manuel Amezquita ( Esmeralda) of Midland, Gonzalo Jr., Ramon Amezquita (Martha), Jose Amezquita (Inez), Efren Amezquita (Clarissa), Victor Amezquita (Martha), Ruben Amezquita (Sandra) and Jorge Amezquita (Melissa), Three Daughters: Edith Rios (Pat), Cruz Amezquita (Francisco), Paula Molinar (Jesse) all from Odessa, 37 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, A host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends. A Service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday July 27, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon: Alex Sosa Officiating, Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Los Angeles Section.
