Grace H. Anderson
Grace H. Anderson, 86, of Parkersburg, passed away Jan. 9, 2011 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home.
She was born Mar. 16, 1924 in Lanark, WV a daughter of the late Charles Boyton and Anna Johns Hall. She retired from Owens-Illinois in Charlotte, MI after 30 years of service.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Jim) Schofield of Parkersburg, and Lorna Warren of Lansing, MI; two grandchildren, Christine (Michael) Fann of Lexington, KY and Angela Pittsley of East Lansing, MI; four great-grandchildren, Addia and Campbell Fann, and Max and Emma Pittsley; three sisters, Louise Gilkerson of Milton, WV, Ida McClure of Crab Orchard, WV, and Rosetta Gallagher of Summersville, WV; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Anderson; seven brothers, Fred, Bill, Howard, Bernard, Dennis, Charles and John Hall; and one sister, Verna Wells.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with her grandson, Evangelist Michael Fann officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of services, at the funeral home.
