Of Maumelle AR, formerly of Cudahy, Died in Little Rock AR on December 19, 2011 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late William J. Cook. Loving mother of Thomas (Jacqueline) Cook of Monument CO, David (Elaine) Cook of Maumelle AR, and Carol Cook (Warren) Larson of Rio Rancho NM. Proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Clara Moll of West Bend. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mass Of Christian Burial Thursday, December 29, at 11:00AM at Nativity Of The Lord Catholic Church. Visitation on Thursday from 10:00AM until time of Mass at church. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Luncheon to follow at Pulaski Inn Of Cudahy. Memorials to the Badger Association For The Blind, or a music Scholarship at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music - Milwaukee.
Grace was a camp counselor at House of Three Bears in Green Lake, taught in a one room school in Markesan, WI., well-known piano teacher in Cudahy, avid watercolor artist - studied with many well-known artists, member of numerous music and arts organizations, avid flower gardener, attended the former Downers Teachers' College - now UW Milwaukee, avid reader - even when her eyesight failed her, she continued her love of reading through audio books, and she was a faithful member of Nativity Of The Lord Catholic Church in Cudahy.
