Gregoria Anorico Aranas, age 91, has gone to join her savior Jesus Christ along with all the angels and saints in heaven on the afternoon of Friday June 15, 2012. She survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Lino Aranas, 8 children, 5 in laws, 19 grand children, 8 great grand children and 3 siblings. Gregoria was born on March 25, 1921 at Bihis Taal Batangas, Philippines. Gregoria will be remembered for her unconditional love of her family and God. Her warm welcome when you enter her Kirkland home will be missed, her thoughtfulness asking numerous times if you have eaten already and even if the answer was yes, she would insist for you to have a bite of whatever she could offer.
Although Gregoria will surely be missed, we know that God has embraced her in his arms, rejoicing and happily resting in peace. Will always look down from heaven and praying for her family.
Memorial services will be held at the Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. St. John Vianney Church on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 and funeral service on Thursday, June 21, 2012, Holy Mass at 10 am. Gregoria's final resting place is going to be at Holyrood Cemetery in Shoreline, WA.
