Harold R. Burns, 77, husband of the late Shirley M. (Clauser) Burns of New Berlinville passed away on Friday, November 9, 2012 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Born in Sanatoga, PA he was a son of the late Catherine and George Burns.
Harold was employed as a Truck Driver for many years last working as a Dump truck Driver for R.B Christel. He also served in the US Army.
He was a life member of the Gilbertsville Fire Company.
He also enjoyed Hunting and Fishing.
Survived by his brother Robert, his sons, Harold R. Jr. and his wife Karla of Pottstown. Kevin, Todd and Jerel of Boyertown, and Jeremy and his wife Jean of Temple. Harold is also survived by 7 grandchildren and one on the way and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA. 19512. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday and 10 to 11 AM Wednesday morning at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
