Helen L. Balester
NORFOLK, Helen Loraine Balester, 62, passed away on April 16, 2011.
Ms. Balester is survived by two daughters, Lori Francis of Greenville, SC; Charlene Francis of New Rochelle, NY; two sisters, Mary Shoup of Norfolk, VA; and Marti Fallscheer of Holly, MI; a nephew, Brandon Best of Norfolk, VA; and a niece, Michele Marshall of Norfolk, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
