Herbert Bruce "Trey" Simpson III, 27, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Laudis H. "Rick" Lanford officiating. The family will meet friends on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Those serving as pallbears will be, Joseph Allen, Daniel Stickler, Jeffery Vaughn, Jonathan Hardy, Erik Chance and Cortez Garrett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Bruce Simpson, 140 Senora Place, Macon GA 31210.
Trey was born January 7, 1985 in Macon, Georgia. He graduated from Mary Persons High School in 2003 and worked at Apex Communication in Macon, Georgia. Trey was a fun loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.
He is survived by his mother and father, Deborah and Herbert Bruce Simpson, Jr. of Macon, grandmother, Hazel Ikner of Dublin, brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Courtney Williams, brother, Shea Caven, two aunts, Diane Barfield and Darlene Thompson, uncle, Darrell Ikner, cousins, Shannon Thompson, three nieces and nephews, Garrett, Brooklyn and Logan Williams, and several additional family members and friends.
