Holger "Appel" Appelhagen 66, passed away Feb. 19, 2012 in Indianapolis. He was born in Stettin, Germany to the late Friedrich and Charlotte Appelhagen. Holger was an accountant for most of his life and was an Air Force Veteran serving his country from 1964-68.
He is survived by his daughters Lisa (Steve) Elliott and Julie Appelhagen; grandchildren Ryan and Christopher Elliott and his beloved cats Charlie and Paws.
A Memorial Gathering will take place Friday Feb. 24, 2012 at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service 2700 Willowcreek Rd.
