Isabel Archuleta, 58, of Greeley passed September 22, 2013 at her home, with her husband in Greeley. Isabel was born November 8, 1954 to Sam and Rosie (Baca) Archuleta in Greeley.
Isabel was raised and attended school in Greeley. She worked for District Six in the Head Start Program and taught pre-school for eighteen years. Isabel was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
Isabel enjoyed camping, fishing, yard sales and trips to Blackhawk. She was an avid Denver Bronco fan. Isabel loved her grandchildren dearly. She was caring, outgoing and cheerful; regardless of her situation she always had a smile.
She is survived by her husband, J.R. Archuleta; daughters, Kelli Euresti (Jesse Trevino), Jamie (Marty) Zarate; son, Rico Euresti (Brittany Vanarsdol); stepchildren, Fil (Lonell) Archuleta, Margaret Archuleta, Margarito III (Marlo) Archuleta, Vicky (Orlando) Martinez, Christina Archuleta; sisters, Barbara (Frank) Cisneros, Denise (Frank) Palomino, Patsy Castillano, Martha Rodriguez (Rudy Euresti), Margie (Lupe) Chavez; brothers, Abie (Laura) Archuleta, Raymond (Kelli) Archuleta, Andy Archuleta; step-mother, Juanita Archuleta; thirty-one grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
Isabel is preceded in death by Sam and Rosie Archuleta, Mario Euresti and brother, Danny Archuleta.
Recitation of the Rosary 7 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2013 at St. Peter's Catholic Church.
