Ivan was born in Fresno, CA on December 28, 1930 and died on December 13, 2011 at the age of 80. He drove tractors for several different farms in the area.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Arnett; father, Raymond Arnett; and his brother, Virgil Arnett. He is survived by his son, Doug Arnett and his wife Anita; sisters, Florence Smith, Virginia Lauritzen, Ellen Winslo and her husband, Frank, Priscilla Fleming and her husband, Vick; brother, Leslie Arnett and his wife Deleyte; and many nephews and nieces.
Along with his many friends from the VFW 509 club, Ivan was proud of his years spent in the Coast Guard. He was also a big Raiders fan.
A Graveside Service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on December 19, 2011 at 1:00 pm.
