James J. Augustine, Jr.
McHenry-James J. Augustine, Jr., 49 of McHenry, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore.
He was born September 1, 1960, in Chicago to James J. and Rosemarie (Sedzielasz) Augustine, Sr.
He was a licensed plumber who specialized in control device inspection. He also served as a Board member of Local 93. He was a die-hard Bears fan. He enjoyed music, whether he was playing the guitar or listening to Rock music. He loved animals of all types. He was a sweet man who would help anyone. He was everyone's friend.
He is survived by his children, Nicholaus James (Ashley) Augustine and Jacquelyn (Zebulon Austin) Augustine; his mother, Rosemarie (the late Eugene) Pullano, Sr.; his father, James (Carol) Augustine, Sr.; and his former wife, Mary Augustine.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9pm on Friday, January 8, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
The funeral service will be at 8pm.
Interment will be private.
