Mr. James Theodore Chapman, age 93, a former resident of Mobile, AL and a current resident of Lillian, AL died on Sunday, February 3, 2013. Mr. Chapman retired from the City of Mobile as a Civil Engineer. He attended Murphy High School, served in the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific, was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, was member of the board of Registrars for Engineering and Surveyors and was a member of the NRA. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Evelyn Chapman; children, James "Ted" Theodore Chapman, Jr. and Sue Chapman King; one grandson, Jonathan "Jon" L. (Leslie) Largue, Jr. ;two great grandchildren, Oliver and Louise Largue. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
