James "Stoney" Stonemetz age 83, entered into rest peacefully Monday evening in Akron Ohio
Stoney is the beloved husband of Pearl.
Loving Father of Lois, Jimmy Jr.,Richard, John, Beth, Glen, Susie, Betty, Bill, Brenda, Bud,
Barbara,Bonnie,Brad and Brian.
Dearest grandfather of 25 and great grandfather of 3.
Dear Brother of the late Richard "Uncle Dick". Dear uncle and friend to many.
Stoney was Private First Class in the US Army during WW II.
He was a proud member of the Firestone VFW chapter 3383 of Akron, Ohio
He worked and retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber here in Akron.
Funeral Services will be held Friday May 4, 1pm at the CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME
3653 W. Market Street Fairlawn, Ohio, where the family will receive friends Friday
11am until time of service.
Interment Rose Hill Burial Park, Fairlawn.
