Janice Karen Tuesday, age 54 of Fort Frances, Ontario passed away on Friday, August 5, 2011 at her residence.
Janice was born on Saturday, October 20, 1956 in Rainy River, Ontario to the late Robert and Martha Tuesday. She had lived all her life in the Rainy river District. She loved cooking for her family and friends and enjoyed the visits she had with them. She was happy person who always enjoyed a good laugh. She loved the outdoors and attending Pow Wows.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Chris Tuesday and grandson Bradley Tuesday. Also surviving are her siblings, Percy Tuesday, Delores Kelly, Martin (Violet) Tuesday, Rose Gunderson, Lorna Tuesday and Bob Tuesday as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Martha Tuesday, her brothers Brian and Freddie Tuesday and an infant sister.
A traditional burial service was held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at the Big Grassy First Nation Community Hall. Elder Joe Morrison officiated followed by interment in the Big Grassy River First Nation Cemetery.
