Jarriet Aaron (Doc) was born on March 11, 1941 to Felix and Grace LaCour Aaron in Natchitoches, Louisiana. At eighteen he set his sails for California to find the "mother lode" With our country being at war in the 60's he soon enlisted in the US Army to serve his country proudly. In 1965 he married his first wife Virginia and had their one and only daughter Katrina. Shortly after Katrina was born he joined the Navy and became a lifer. In 1980 he married his second wife Catherine. They were together for thirty years before he succumb. In 1991 he retired from the US Navy after twenty-five years of service. He and Catherine made their home in Lake Los Angeles, California. Jarriet had an infinite interest in reading novels. His favorite was Louis Lamour. He could get lost in his western books for hours on in. He would share the abundance of factual information as we took our annual road trip to Louisiana. He was a people watcher. He would go to the mall or park and watch people in their daily action. He enjoyed college football and he could be consumed with his "Law and Order" television shows. He is survived by his wife Catherine Aaron, Children Katrina (Curtis) Griswold, Rita (Robert) Gonzales, Frank (Marianne) Desma, Leonard Garcia (deceased) Albert Desma (deceased). His brother Felix (Veronica) Aaron Jr, Reuben (Carrie) Aaron (Deceased) and sister Maryann Rodriguez. Grandchildren John Michael Griswold, Robert Gonzales Jr (Erica), Albert and Marla Garcia, Great Grandchildren Hailey, Katelin and Lil Bobbie Gonzales, and Simran, and a host of nieces and nephews.
