Ames, Jerry Franklin Sr., age 65 of Trussville , Al went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 20, 2012.Surviving are his two sons; Jerry F. Ames, Jr.(Yvonne), and Christopher M. Ames. His grandchildren, Christine Ames, Zac Ames, Chris, Tiffany, Keven, and Destiny; also, a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Jerry was a patient man who loved his Lord and enjoyed pulling for his Alabama Crimson Tide Football team."RTR"!
Graveside services will Monday, January 23, 2012 at 1:00 PM in Forest Hill Cemetery with visitation from 11:30 til 12:30 at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Carry Burkett will officiate services.
