Jerry may be gone but he will never be forgotten! You never needed a dictionary to understand what he was saying because he would tell you what he thought about you or any other subject that came up. He carried on the Bearden family tradition well.

Jerry may be gone but I will always have fond memories of him. I loved being around him because you always knew where you stood. No dictionary required to know what he was thinking because he would just tell you. But then again - that's the Bearden way!

Jerry was a wonderful man, father, grandfather and husband. I cant express enough gratitude to the man who walked into my moms life and loved us like no other. You will always be in my heart, soul and thoughts and know that you are watching over us from above the same way you did for the past 17 years here on earth. No more pain PAPA... Love your daughter Susie Marie Squires..

You could always count on Jerry to tell it like it was... There was no doubt that he was Uncle Mutt's child! He was always comical, whether he wanted to be or not and I wish I could have spent more time with him...
