Jesus Garcia Muro, 84 went to be with our Lord on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. He was born Jan. 29, 1929, in Zacatecas, Mexico, to Salvador and Romana Muro. He married the love of his life Maria De Jesus on March 14, 1953. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Antonio Javier Jimenez. Survivors include wife Maria De Jesus; sons Jesus Muro, Raymundo Muro, Ruben Muro, Richard Muro, Javier Muro; daughters Aurora Lozano, Graciela Muro, Elvira Muro, Maria Antonia Munoz and husband, Rosa Montalvo and husband and Elizabeth Martinez and husband; one brother, Luis Muro; one sister, Refugia Muro; 39 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He worked at Reece Albert Construction for many years. He was a devoted loving, caring husband and dad, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed dearly by a lot of friends and family. Prayer service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, in Johnson's Funeral Home chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, in Johnson's Funeral Home chapel with Maria Elena Santillan officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
