Joe was born on Feb.12, 1954 in Harlingen, Tx and passed away on Jan. 20, 2010 with his family by his side. Visitation will be held at Mish Funeral Home (120 Minner Ave.) on Mon. Jan. 25 from 4-8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral service is scheduled for Tues. Jan. 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Believers in Jesus (600 Planz Rd.) with interment to follow at Greenlawn Southwest.
Joe was a hard working man he dedicated years to crane operating in the oil fields. His favorite hobbies were fishing and spending time with his family and friends, he always opened his home if you needed a place to stay. Joe is preceded in death by his grandmother Cheva who dedicated her life to raising him. Joe leaves behind his father, Jose; sons, Jason, David, Joe, Jr., Ernie and Israel; grandchildren, Leah, Serina, Cameron, Iris, Karisma, Noah and Isaiah; siblings, Manuel, Felipe, Juan, Edwardo, Leticia and Amada; half - siblings, Gilbert, Johnny, Manuel, Javier and Martha; companion Ruby; he also leaves behind a special nephew Daniel who thought the world of Joe.
We love each other more than anyone could love. Even if it was for ten years. It was a lifetime. I'll miss your smile, your hugs, your kiss. There will be no one like you or replace you my love. Ruby
