John J. Cataldo, of Belleville, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2012 in the Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge. She was 79 years old.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Anthony's Church in Belleville on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 9:30 am. Visitation will be at the LaMonica Memorial Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ on Monday from 3-8 pm. The final disposition will be private.
A lifelong resident of Belleville, John also held a residence in Toms River. He was employed as a Foreman with the Electricians Union for many years before retiring 15 years ago.
Predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Marie Cataldo, he was the beloved husband of Janet (nee Molinaro), loving father of Charles, John and JoAnn, and Steven and Andrea Cataldo, dear brother of Rosemarie Rapa, and cherished grandfather of John, Anthony, Vincent, Brianna, Joseph, Carly, and Jamie.
