COMARTIN, John William
Peacefully at home after a 7 year battle with leukemia, on December 4th, 2012. Much loved husband and best friend of Christine (Michie) for over 32 years. Loving and proud father of David and Michael. Predeceased by his parents Hilaire and Norine Comartin. Survived by his family, Suzanne and Grant Andrews, Mary Ellen and Gerry Pegg, Rosemary Comartin, Norine and Shain Lynas. Sadly missed by his mother-in-law Nan Michie and sister-in-law Dr. Fiona Small and her husband Dr. J. Small. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, December 6th from 7 – 9 P.M. and Friday, December 7th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 10:00 A.M. from HOLY CROSS PARISH (373 Simcoe St. S.). Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery.
