Obituary Notice
John L. McNabb, 61, of Union City, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. John was the owner of Union City Forest Products, Inc.
John is survived by his wife, Doris, daughter, Donna (Ken) Nolan, sons, Clayton McNabb and Lance McNabb, grandsons, Cameron, Ty, and Trent. John is also survived by four brothers and four sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was happily married to his wife, Doris for 36 years. John loved his children and grandchildren, as they always came first. He supported his sons while they participated in playing hockey. John enjoyed going to the casino, playing craps, horse racing and he loved to play golf.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with one hour of gathering for family and friends prior to the service at the Putnam Funeral Home in Union City with Pastor Pete Payne officiating. You may leave an online tribute by visiting www.putnamfuneralhome.com
