John Allen Scott, 38, of Spring, Texas passed away January 5, 2013 in Hemphill, Texas. He was born June 23, 1974 in Waterbury, Connecticut. John is survived by his loving wife of 4 years, Amber Scott; parents Bill and Barbara Scott; children Brandy, Hailey, John William, Drew and Robert Scott; siblings Bonnie Scott-Tyner and husband Ryan, Lisa Esqueda and husband Elio, Michael Scott and fiancée Tonya; and numerous other relatives and friends. John will be greatly missed by all.
John graduated from Bellaire High School in 1993 and was a commercial driver. He enjoyed sports and the outdoors and was an avid University of Texas and Dallas Cowboy fan. He loved to participate in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
A celebration of John's life is set for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 12, 2013 in the Robb Chapel at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, 2200 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380. A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, January 11, 2013 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
